Michelle and Jeanette are at the forefront of social media,
proactively researching and measuring the impact of twitter on
small businesses. The best part is, they do their work in real
time, with real clients—while everyone benefits. |

If you live in or around the Milwaukee area and have been introduced to Social Media within the last year, odds are you know Michelle and Jeanette, aka “The Tweetup Girls”. They’ve taken the art of networking and combined it with social media tools to create an entirely new category of events, let’s call it a digital cocktail party of sorts. |

I call them the glamorous girls of tweetups.
Nobody attracts the who's who of small biz, big biz and
not-quite-a-biz to events like the Tweetup Girls. They're smart,
sassy and business-savvy friends that know exactly how to put social
back into social media.

Twitter isn't all fun and games, it's a real business tool and the TweetUp Girls demonstrate that with their TweetUps. If you ever get the chance to attend one... GO! |

Being a social media skeptic, I was hard pressed to understand
the value of such an event initially but was quickly swayed when
the results became evident. We are starting to plan our next
gathering and have every intention to partner up again with the
TweetUp Girls insuring success. |
